Luntadila Paulo is a Certified Public Accountant and M&A advisor who helps business owners strengthen financial performance, improve reporting, manage risk, and build enduring enterprise value.
He founded Yeto Accounting & Tax PLLC in 2019 to give small-business owners the financial clarity, disciplined accounting, and strategic guidance often reserved for larger companies. The firm helps owners build reliable financial systems and make consequential decisions with greater confidence.
His experience spans consulting, accounting and assurance, fund administration, and investment banking. He has held financial reporting responsibility for more than 12 funds representing over $5 billion in combined assets under management, managed more than $150 million in capital-raising deal flow, and supported M&A transactions exceeding $250 million in enterprise value.
A member of the AICPA and the Michigan Association of CPAs, Paulo is committed to rigorous analysis, ethical practice, and advice owners can act on. Outside the firm, he creates educational content, cooks, and plays soccer.
